i own a two year old black spotted kc registered dallie. i am thinking of showing him but i am not sure whether he is good enough for his breed standard.he is of correct height and weight. if you click on this url you will find a picture of him.

Very difficult to comment on any individual dalmatian, what I would suggest you find a local Ringcraft club, get some training so you can get the dog to stand & move properly. Enter the pedigree classes in Companion Shows in the local area and if you feel confident then have a go at some Open Shows.
