Congratulations to all of you out there in the North West who are supporting the local open shows.
Without your support the Dalmatian classes would be absorbed into the AVU classes.
You all know who you are........

As it happens your not to late. I rang the organiser yesterday and because of the postal strike in Liverpool being longer than nationally he has had loads of problems so they are taking entries over the phone and on the day.

Mr Robinson - 0151 448 1723

event is at Sutton Commnuinty Sports Centre, Eltonhead Road, St Helens. WA9 5AU

unbenched

judge is Miss Carol bevis

junior , post grad and open classes. All classes are for dog and bitch

opens at 09.30 judging starts at 10.00

if you need anything else please let me know.

Cheers. Chris.

Thanks for that Jasper, I will give Mr Robinson a ring. I know where the venue is, very close to where I live. I am new to showing, only entered one show. My dog is only a puppy so I wonder if there are any Minor Puppy Classes??? Question

I've checked the paperwork and only the three classes that I can see, but from what I can gather you can at the least enter junior and open.

It will only be my second show so we can be nervous toegther.

Hiya All
Just a warning!!! Apparently the secretary WILL NOT take entries tomorrow!!
So anyone thinking of going 'on speck', should check tonight, just to make sure!!!

We wont be there, but heard through the North West grape vine, so thought we would give you all the heads up Smile

He must have changed his mind. I can't go anyway. I don't think I would have just turned up on the day. Bit short notice.

It is against KC rules for entries to be accepted after the closing (postmark) date. Usually the show secretary will allow a week for entries to arrive before sending the forms to the printers.

I understand the rules for entries being received before the closing date because what's the point in having one, (a closing date). I don't know what's happened in this case though there seems to be quite a bit of confusion???
