Not a spot, but Cassie's good friend. My 95 year old mum had to have her 17 year old westie, Polly, pts this morning after she had a very sudden stroke after breakfast. Polly and Cassie slept together on the same bed, I posted a picture on here a little while ago. My mum is being very brave and I am very proud of her. She didn't want her best friend to suffer. Fortunately she is staying with me at the moment so I was with her throughout and she will stay for a little while yet. Just wanted to share.

God bless Polly, she got my mum through some very difficult times.

Oh Valerie I am so sorry to hear about Polly Crying or Very sad
What a shame. I know she was a fantastic age but nevertheless it hurts just the same.
Dylan and Daisy send you all licks. And hugs from us.
At least you were with your Mum when it happened and that must have been a great comfort to her at her age.

Awww, so sorry to read this.

You'll all miss her, Cassie included.

I hope Cassie's cuddles help you all at this sad time.

I'm so sorry to hear about Polly, how devastating for your mum and you. Dogs are amazing with their unconditional love and their ever faithful presence. My thoughts are with you both.

Rest in Peace , little Polly...in kennel heaven.

I really believe in that.

I lost Mr Loxley 3 years ago next month, and I still look round for him. Sometines I still feel him near.

May your mother remember the special times with Polly - I know how much a beautiful dog was to one of your mother's age.

But the spirit lives on in one's heart.

All hugs,
Sasha and Noreen xx
