To save further pain Mister was put to sleep last night.

Mister went to the bridge whilst cradled in my arms and I was cradled in Ian's arms.

Everyone at the vets had spoilt him rotten whilst they waited for us to arrive, he had so many apples he wasn't interested in the one I had taken for him though he did scoff all the rich tea biscuits I had in my pocket for him.

He has gone to the bridge with a very large part of mins and Ian's heart with him and I know one day I will see him there as long as he's not too busy chasing cats and hedgehogs.

The tears are many especailly as the butcher has just arrived with this weeks order which includes 3 large bones but now there are only 2 large dogs.

I am so sad.

Sue.

So sorry to hear of your loss Sue. Our thoughts are with you and one day soon I hope you can remember all the fun and joy Mister brought you. Run free Mister, where apples and rich tea biscuits grow on the same tree!

Deepest sympathy Sue, it's so hard to let them go but I hope that there is some consolation in knowing you did the right thing for him. Run free Mister.

So sorry for you loss. Most of us know the pain you are feeling Sad

I took a friend and her 16 year old furry friend to the vets Monday. It was heartbreaking! No one can understand what you are feeling until they go through it. Big Hugs xxx
