Richmond 2013 Judged by Mrs Rose Lamb
RICHMOND CH SHOW 13 - Dalmatians Dalmatians I was very pleased with the overall entry both numerically & in terms of quality, thank you to all exhibitors for a lovely entry at this prestigious show.

There is some promising youngsters coming through both dogs & bitches, however, in my view the bitches still have the upper hand (paw) spread across all classes & ages.

Temperament was excellent & all exhibits were presented in a clean condition, with very few presenting the usually dreaded Dally rash at this time of the year.

Movement, not of the exhibit but of the exhibitor. Handling needs to improve to get the best out of your dog/s otherwise chances are lost & you have the perception it was the dog who was at fault if it is not placed or is further down the line than anticipated. This is because the movement of your dog could not be fairly assessed thus affecting its placing!

My principal winners demonstrated the true qualities to be expected in construction & movement in our breed.
