WINDSOR CH SHOW, 02/07/15 – Dalmatians

My general overview of the Dalmatians today is that a number of dogs are quite coarse, light eyes, upright in shoulder, steep in croup which results in very high tailsets which spoils the general appearance & balance of the dogs. A few dogs were penalised due to dally rash & some dogs temperament were just not what we want in our breed. On the whole the bitches are still sounder in make & shape than the dogs. The heat really affected a number of dogs today & they just didn’t want to show which also cost them their places.
