1 Whincup’s Tamilanda Midnight Lilly, up to size black spotted dog puppy, beautifully conditioned, bright white coat with black markings. Pleasing head shape of good balance, dark eyes, strong neck, best forehand in the class, strong bone & excellent feet. A little longer cast than my ideal but a positive free mover who covered the ground with ease. BPD;
2 Marley & Libbey’s Bellili's D'amore De Loin
, correctly proportioned dog of pleasing size, head correct for balance, moderate stop, dark oval shaped eyes, well set ears, high set. More moderately angulated than 1 but well balanced, excellent legs & feet, pleasing body, rhythmic free mover. Shown in first class muscletone & ably handled;
3 Hernandez’s Dalminshi Starlight Express.

1 Green & Sears’ Boschendal Simply Red at Judally, liver spotted dog with a pleasing head shape, good pigment, pleasing shaped eyes of pleasing colour, stop fairly well defined, ears high set. Well arched neck, pleasing front construction, bone & feet. Body of pleasing depth, good ribbing, short loin, steep in croup & tail a little low set. Short hocks & rear well let down, moved out on a long positive stride. True up & back;
2 Neath-Duggan & Baker’s Buffrey Incognito by Dalleaf, stronger more masculine dog black spotted dog, boldly marked, strong in back skull & a little heavy in ears. Pleasing eye shape & colour, lip line could be tighter. Strong neck, excellent bone & feet, moderately angulated front, body of enough depth, well ribbed short strong loin, strong well developed quarters with second thigh well developed, tail high set & being carried vertically today;
3 Quayle’s Cubalibre On It.

1 Christie’s Sophtspot Gold Dust, liver spotted dog who stood alone here. Upstanding dog who is good to go over, stands on excellent legs with good bone & feet. Shoulders well laid, deep chest, pleasing topline, tail well set & carried, strong rear with short hocks & well developed thighs. Free moving dog who got better the more he went, should have a good future.

PGD (7,1a) Difficult class.

1 Davey’s Elabri Encre Noir at Pirandal, dog of good type, pleasing head, strong pigment, long neck, well made front, excellent bone, ribs well sprung, elbows set close to body, carrying too much weight, strong loin, pleasing topline, rear well let down, moved out positively;
2 Hajee & Tidcombe’s Rainbeau Of Hope, not the biggest dog but he is well balanced, strong neck, balanced in his angulation, enough bone, body of pleasing depth, excellent topline & tailset, pleasing rear, moved out well on he found his stride;
3 Quayle’s Cubalibre On It.

1 Goff-Leggett’s Washakie Shoshone Chief, quality dog, strong & well muscled, eyecatching outline, masculine head of good length, flat skull, well marked ears fairly high set. Dark brown oval shaped eyes with intelligent expression. Strong well arched neck, shoulders well laid back, chest well filled, good bone & pleasing feet. Good depth of brisket, elbows set close to body, excellent topline & tailset, well angulated hindquarters which are well developed, smooth, powerful gait, could perhaps be moved a little bit faster to emphasise how positive he is in all directions. CC;
2 Todhunter Robinsone & Robinson’s Millbelle Young Gun, up to size liver spotted dog, liked his expression, amber coloured eyes of pleasing shape, good pigment. Well arched neck, shoulders well placed, enough bone, OK feet, body of pleasing depth. Strong level topline, pleasing tailset, strong, very well developed quarters & the best of muscletone. In the challenge he moved out on a long effortless rhythmic stride & could not be denied the RCC;

, superbly headed dog, masculine but no sign of weakness, head of even proportions, dark oval shaped eye well set, high set ears, well broken markings. Strong arched neck, leading to well constructed front, pleasing bone & well padded and manicured feet. Elbows set relatively close to body, ribs well developed, longer in loin than ideal, strong quarters. In the class he moved at his best, positive fore & aft & covering the ground with ease & I thought he would be my RCC winner. When called back into the challenge he was erratic moving & threw away his chances;

1 Goff-Leggett’s Ch Washakie Nutcracker Prince, beautifully marked dog, dark expressive oval shaped eyes with intelligent expression, ears high set. Well arched neck, shoulders OK, pleasing bone & feet, excellent overall proportions, strong rear, short hocks he used to drive off. Carrying just the right amount of body, he moved true fore & aft & covered the ground with ease in profile;
2 Dodds & Pearson’s Kelevra Hudson Hawk, one I have judged recently & admired, better forehand than 1 but not the rear angulation, bright white coat with well defined spotting, pleasing head shape, I liked his expression. Body of good depth, ribbed well back, short strong loin. Free moving dog, shown in excellent condition;
3 Lewis’ Man About Town at Hunterswood.

1 Harrison-Stratford’s Dalminshi Dark Dakota at Dalkereve, well proportioned black spotted bitch, beautifully marked, head of excellent balance, dark eyes which pleased for shape. Strong arched neck, well angulated shoulders, excellent bone & feet. Body well developed, excellent topline & tailset, strong wide quarters & short well down hocks. Moved out to advantage in all directions, sired by my CC winner & with many of his virtues. BP & shortlisted in the puppy group;
2 Brewis & Haggie’s Bellili's L'elisir D'amore, effortless moving liver spotted bitch, standing makes a good picture, beautifully headed, neck of good length, pleasing front & bone, good feet. Pleases for body shape, pleasing topline & tailset, strong well developed quarters which she really used to advantage moving on a long rhythmic stride. Coat not at its best here, will have many better days;
3 Cuthbertson’s Ellemstra Little Mix with Kalsidoni.

1 Page’s Vivienne Westwood by Winflash, pleasing black spotted bitch for overall size & proportions, well balanced in her angulation, pleasing bone & feet. Pleased in body, excellent topline & tailset, used herself to advantage on the move, ably handled to get the best from her;
2 Bolt & Rowledge’s Gemmont Affirmed by Fakenham, size larger black spotted bitch than 1 & not at her most co-operative, well constructed & balanced in her angulation. Attractive head & expression, quite well marked, moved very positively as you’d expect from her confirmation. Shown in excellent condition;
3 Wright’s Offordale Anastasia avec Millbelle.

1 Christie’s Sophtspot Glitterati, litter sister to the winner of my yearling dog class & like her brother has much to command her, beautifully headed, dark expressive eyes, oval in shape, well arched neck, pleasing forehand, shoulders well laid back. Good body proportions, loin strong, excellent topline which she retained standing & moving. Strong quarters with well developed second thigh, moves out positively on a long free moving stride;
2 Page’s Winflash Prada Candy Kiss, free moving black spotted bitch who is better moving than standing, not the front construction of 1, nor the feet. Deeper in head with a more pronounced stop, pleasing eye shape & colour. Body of pleasing depth, elbows set close to the body, a little steep in croup, well muscled quarters. Pure white coat with well defined black spots;
3 Wright’s Offordale Anastasia avec Millbelle.

1 Wilkinson’s Gwynmor High Five to Hunacres, black spotted bitch who is well made, excellent front, shoulders laid well back, pleasing bone & feet, deep in chest, ribbed well back, longer in loin than ideal. Strong well developed quarters, short hocks well let down, moves on a long positive stride. Super head, of good balance, high set ears beautifully marked, eyes of pleasing shape, could perhaps be a shade darker. Super coat & attractive spotting;
2 David & Saunders’ Dalticino Interlagos from Dallydyl, liver spotted bitch, more compact than 1 but deeper & heavier in head with a more pronounced stop. Ears well set & attractively marked, could be cleaner through the neck, well angulated front, pleasing bone & excellent feet. Body of pleasing depth, a little more pronounced in tuck up at present, strong quarters which she used to advantage on the move;
3 Jenkins & Ridgway’s Jewelruby Queen.

1 Finlay’s Dvojica Black Swan at Dalfin, one I have admired from the ringside, the consummate showgirl, beautiful head, refined & of good balance, dark eyes of pleasing shape. Clean through the neck, good forehand, enough bone, strong through the body, strong through the loin, rounded quarters, a little steep in croup, well muscled thighs. Moves on a long positive stride, very well conditioned;
2 Thorner’s Tolutim Evensong at Naracoopa, size larger bitch all through, still undoubtedly feminine. Head is good to handle, moderate stop dark eyes of correct shape, ears well set, clean through the neck, excellent front, just a little short of bone, deep chest, excellent topline & tailset. Moved positively in all directions & her condition was excellent;
3 Neath-Duggan’s Buffrey Hey Diddle Diddle.

1 Dodds & Pearson’s Ir Ch Ch Kelevra Classic Cliché, well marked bitch of pleasing size, totally unexaggerated, excellent head, well proportioned, intelligent expression, well marked ears, high set, beautiful dark oval shaped eyes & the best of pigment. Strong well arched neck, shoulders well laid back, strong bone & well arched catlike feet. Strong compact body, deep chested, level topline & pleasing tailset, well developed rear, short strong hocks & excellent muscletone. True moving out & back & uses herself to good advantage going around. Looked like she could easily go all day. BCC & BOB;
2 Emmett & Simons’ Ch Dalliviro Reba Mac at Ellemstra
, no secret this one is a favourite of mine, consummate show girl with a symmetrical outline, pleasing head of correct proportions, flat skull, beautifully marked ears, eyes oval in shape, well angulated front, round bone & super feet. Ribs well sprung & carried well back, excellent topline & tailset, strong quarters & short well let down hocks. Coat pure white & attractively spotted. On the move she is very positive up & back & looks good moving in profile, today her mind was elsewhere & she couldn’t match 1, could not be denied RCC;
3 Philip’s Dvojica Bubble N'chic at Nordalset
, another I have admired from ringside, beautifully headed, well marked & one who looks better moving than she does on the stack, her coat wasn’t at its best & she paid the price in such good company, will be a worthy champion.

1 Scott-Allen & Davis’ Tolutim Zaffre, 10 year old bitch & quite exceptional in her condition, effortless free moving bitch who could not be denied this class. So appealing in head & expression, excellent forehand & good legs & feet. Strong level topline, pleasing tailset, strong quarters, well muscled thighs & short well let down hocks;
2 Gibbs’ Ch Phadante Dixie Lily, black spotted bitch of quality, excellent overall proportions, pleasing head, good eye shape & colour. Strong clean neck, well angulated shoulders, pleased for bone & feet. Deep in body, excellent topline, moved freely in all directions;
3 Tingey’s Ch Phaeland Pheonix Phorever by Dallyador.
