Diverse entry but I was pleased with both my final line ups. I was somewhat dismayed by a number of dogs not shown in clean condition, for a smooth coated breed this is totally unacceptable.

Liver spotted dog of pleasing balance, like his head and expression, eyes of good colour, pleasing pigment. Clean through the neck, shoulders well laid, excellent bone and the best of feet. Level topline, well ribbed but carrying too much weight which affected him on the move. Could be a little more angulated in the rear, shown in excellent muscletone.

Beautifully marked liver spotted dog with much to admire. Well balanced and stands on the best of legs and feet, shown in immaculate condition and muscletone. Not the masculinity of 1 yet but yet, should finish well.

Beautifully marked black spotted dog, masculine but not overdone anywhere. Pleasing head shape, eye could darken a fraction still. Strong neck, shoulders well placed, pleasing bone and cat like feet. Ribbed well back, doesn't want to carry anymore weight, holds a good outline standing and moving. Moving freely in all directions, should have a great future. BP

Heavier marked black spotted dog, clean in outline. Balanced in his angulation, enough bone and good feet. Holds a good topline standing, free and rhythmic mover particularly in profile. Going through a growth spurt and could carry more weight to advantage. A little proud of his tail at times.

Black spotted dog, eyes could be darker and a little deep in stop. Clean though the neck, excellent bone and feet. Firm, well muscled body, tail carriage could be better. Moved ok once he settled.

Pleasing headed dog, clean through the front but not as well angulated as one. Strong topline which he maintained standing and moving, well muscled quarters and hocks well let down. Shown in good condition, moved ok.

Well balanced liver, slightly taller and more elegant than 1. Pleasing head shape, eye colour could be darker, pleasing front angulation, bone and feet. Developing in body, could perhaps carry a little more weight to advantage. Moved positively in this class but performed much better for her replacement handler in a later class, I hope she will be encouraged to take over her showing in future.

Her handler had a nasty fall and its testament to her excellent temperament that she carried on regardless, close up for RCC
