Belfast 2022

It has been a few years since I last judged Dalmatians. The breed has improved, heads and movement has improved, which is good. However, some Dalmatians were in need of a bath as they were quite dirty!! But in general most were presented very well.

1. Alexander’s Offordale Grenadier. 10 month old black spotted puppy, head and expression were good, dark eye, reach of neck and top-line all in good order, moved well, should have a bright future, one to watch.

1. Page/Howell’s Olilou Heavenly Hamilton by Winflash NAF TAF. 14 months, junior, very nice, nice head, dark eye, good front, level top-line, moved well, nicely handled.

1. Christie’s Sophtspot Perfect Storm. Black spotted, head and expression, dark eye, good top-line, moved very well, lots to like about him, RDCC & BP.

1. Lappin’s Dalvik Will Graham. Nice type, dark eye, good reach of neck, front and rear all ok, moved very well.
2. Croft’s Sophtspot Midas Touch for Koroyza. Also a nice type, moved well, good length of stride, well handled, little between 1 and 2.
3 Hobbs/Whiting’s Rapanooey Ranunculus.

1. Richardson’s Ch. Mapplewell Pocket Rocket. Well presented black spotted dog, head, dark eye, good reach of neck, top-line, front and rear, all in good order, well deserved DCC.
2. Hopkin’s Ch. Rapanooey Red Rose JW. Also very nice, good front, nice rear end, showed well, pushed winner all the way, moved well.
3. Page/Howell’s Belize De Montjuic at Winflash (imp USA).

1. Neath-Duggan/Baker’s Ch. Buffrey Incognito by Dalleaf JW. Very well presented, nice head and expression, dark eye, reach of neck, top-line, all in good order, well handled, moved well, BV
2. Goodswen’s Alphadal’s King Of Angels ShCM. Head, dark eye all good, looked well standing, well handled, movement ok.
3. Gamble’s Ir Ch. Croga Ri of Taylorstown at Mullabuoy.

1. Alexander’s Offordale Kalinda. 10 month old black spotted bitch, pretty head, dark eye, good top-line, needs to settle a little, moved ok, lots to like, should do well.
2. Page’s Winflash Osprey. Also very nice, head, eye, expression all good, top-line and movement all good, little between 1 and 2.

1. Le Feuvre’s Lornlee Diamonds and Pearls. Nicely spotted black bitch, very pretty head, nice dark eye, good front and top-line, moved well, showed really well, lots to like including her name!!
2. Page’s Winflash Chanel Paris. Nice head, dark eye, good reach of neck, well presented, with a flash name like Chanel what would you expect?! also the same, very nice.
3. Collier’s Kallierbelle Ceithir.

1. Scheffer’s Carodal St Oswalds Way. Was reserve in previous class, all in all quite nice.

1. Gamble’s Moonlanding at Mullabuoy. Quite a nice black spotted bitch, movement was ok, well presented and handled, looked well standing.
2. Hughes’ Carodal Coast to Coast. Nicely marked liver, good head, reach of neck, movement was ok, showed well.

1. Hughes’ Sophtspot New Gold for Siberiadrift. Black spotted, nice head, dark eye, level top-line, moved well, well handled, very nice.
2. Hughes’ Taliory Take Aim Fusilier of Carodal. Nicely marked black, good front, reach of neck, nice head, looked well standing, movement was ok, lots to like about her.

1. Hopkin’s Dvojica Evangelista at Joubello JW. Very nice, nice head, dark eye, good top-line, moved well, well presented, overall very nice, pleased to award BCC & BOB, delighted to hear it was her third.
2. Hughes’ Carodal Coast to Coast. 2nd in GB.
3. Noble’s Ruebedu Sheik Yerbouti.

1. Hobbs/Whiting’s Sophtspot Knockout at Rapanooey. Nice black spotted, good head, dark eye, nice front, top-line, lots to like, moved well, RBCC.
2. Richardson’s Ch. Mapplewell Limited Edition. Very close between 1 - 2, also lots to like about her, showed and moved well, well handled, also everything in good order.
3. Neath-Duggan/Baker’s Ch. Buffrey Hanky Panky by Dalleaf JW.

1. Neath-Duggan’s Buffrey Hey Diddle Diddle. Looking very well for her 9 years, nice head, dark eye, good top-line, tail set, moved very well, well presented and handled, very nice.
2. Noble’s Shulune Celtic Snapdragon of Ruebedu. Nicely spotted liver, good reach of neck, level top-line, also looked well for her age, moved well, also well presented.
3. Kennedy’s Domdallino Dream.
