Notice at 1200 12 feb 2019 re the Joint Ch. Show 16th Feb. 2019

I have been informed by the Kennel Club that there has been a suspected case of Parvovirus in a dog that was present at their Stoneleigh venue last week, although this is yet to be confirmed. I have been informed that the venue is “Deep Cleaned” on a weekly basis and has undergone intensive deep cleaning this week both inside and the outside areas including equipment used. The Joint Officers have instructed me to inform you that the show will go ahead this weekend and as an exhibitor it is your decision whether to attend or not. If I receive any further information from the KC necessitating a change to this decision I will inform you asap. As it stands the KC do not expect to receive any results of tests made on the dog until Friday at the earliest.
