General Data Protection Regulation

A new General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') came into force in the UK and Europe on 25 May 2018.

The GDPR imposes new obligations on data controllers and those who process personal data. As a result, the British Dalmatian Club ('the Club'), a data controller, is required to have a data privacy policy which will comply with the new GDPR. The Club is required to hold and look after your personal data, in line with legal requirements, so that it can administer your membership and membership benefits within the Club.
